PulseChain is Richard Heart’s fork of Ethereum, launched complete on May 13, 2023. PulseChain was the single greatest airdrop ever in the history of cryptocurrency, with every single ERC-20 token copied over onto PulseChain at the time of the fork. With this uniquely original and visionary fork of Ethereum’s 2.0 chain, Richard Heart gave the world the largest free lunch in modern history, as well as a network equal to Ethereum but with much lower transaction fees - the way cryptocurrency was originally intended.
Of course, the value of this fork is determined by consensus, and the future potential for this chain is unknowable, but most easily predicted by looking at the Ethereum chart since its inception.
The Ethereum coin called ETHER or ETH is currently priced at $3500 depending on the day. PulseChain is the exact same code as Ethereum 2.0, but with optimized changes for faster transactions and much cheaper gas fees. Its native coin called PULSE or PLS is currently priced at .000055 depending on the day.
Does this mean that there are now two versions of HEX available to purchase? Yes, the original HEX on Ethereum is referred to as eHEX whereas HEX on PulseChain is called HEX or pHEX. Those who believe in HEX and Richard Heart’s vision have mostly chosen to interact only with HEX on PulseChain, but there are still plenty of 5555 stakes on Ethereum as well as retail buyers of eHEX.
